All prices quoted below are in Australian Dollars ($Aud). We are a dedicated email marketing service provider servicing large and small businesses in Australia.
An invoice for your Hilltop-Mail account will be emailed to the account holder at the beginning of each month based on the previous months transactions once you have upgraded or ‘activated’ their account. You can refer to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page if you require further information on our billing and cancellation policies.
When using Hilltop-Mail email marketing solutions there are 2 pricing variables from which your monthly invoice is calculated (Monthly access fee + Per Email Send Costs as indicated below):
- Monthly access fees which relate to a daily peak database size during each month. The peak database size is calculated from the total number of records across all databases. This subscription is paid each month independent of any emails sent.
- Email send cost which relate to the fees associated with the number of emails sent within the current month.
